Drawing on fourteen years of experience as CEO and decades as an iconic television personality, Erica has earned a reputation as a trailblazer, innovator and collaborator.

Erica launched YMC when both her kids were toddlers as a safe space for moms to celebrate and commiserate the rollercoaster ride of motherhood, The platform has grown into one of the largest independent properties for moms in Canada.

As founder of YMC.ca, and Ehm & Co, Erica has extensive experience creating content and community. Under her leadership, Ehm & Co has partnered with some of the world’s top brands to create memorable and effective programs that connect with Canadian moms. Her collaborations with research scientists to mobilize knowledge are considered groundbreaking.

Under Erica’s leadership, both companies  together have earned a dozen prestigious marketing and publishing awards.
