Ehm & Co, the parent company to, is looking for an organized and personable Account Coordinator. This is a full-time, remote-work role, however the candidate must live in the GTA in order to attend in-person client and team meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

* As Account Coordinator, you’ll assist in the day to day operations and execution of our Brand Partnership programs supporting a small team of Account Managers and the Director of Client Services

* Assist the Account Team on internal trafficking of projects through Creative, Studio and Production

* Create and maintain timelines and advise project team of any delays or variances

* Participate in weekly status meetings

* Fosters a good working relationship with clients and influencers, either through direct contact or in support of client needs

* Provides other administrative support to account team

* You’ll also work with our Social Media, Production, Finance, Creative and Sales teams to ensure our clients campaigns run smoothly


* A post-secondary degree/diploma in marketing/PR is preferred

* Strong desire to be in the communications industry

* A “can do” attitude

* Works well under pressure and deadlines

* Is logical, work-oriented and problem solver.
